Will vampires just not leave you alone? THIS IS THE SPICE FOR YOU! I also sampled this at VMD Pittsburgh and errrrrrhhhhhmmmmaaaahhhhgggghhheeeerrrrddd. Life changing. Simply life changing. I came home and made homemade Greek meatballs with it using ground chicken, feta, Kalamata olives, a couple eggs and some bread crumbs. A typical & easy go to recipe for me and wowza. The flavor was so much better adding in the I love Garlic! I also recently made artichokes (if you’re Italian, you know exactly what I’m talking about) and used this I love garlic instead of having to cut up enough to slay an entire underground city of vampires. It was a success! No one knew otherwise! Goes perfect on steaks, in homemade tomato pasta sauce, and….homemade dips. Another one that I wish I had my own personal vat of.
