Ingredients
To Make the Dip:

2 c. chickpeas

¼ c. tahini
-
2-3 tsp. Rosebud’s I LOVE Garlic
-
juice of 1 large lemon
-
½ tsp. Baja Gold Sea Salt
-
black pepper, to taste
-
¼ c. olive/avocado oil
-
cold water
To Garnish:
-
1 Tbsp. olive/avocado oil
-
1 Tbsp. Rosebud’s Za’atar
-
fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
Add all dip ingredients (excluding garnish items) in a blender or food processor.
Begin to blend and add the cold water as needed to create a smooth puree.
Taste and adjust to your liking.
Transfer to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Garnish with Za’atar, parsley, and enjoy!
