Ingredients

½ c. unsalted butter, softened

1 Tbsp. dijon mustard

1 Tbsp. fresh chives, chopped

1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped

2 tsp. fresh thyme, chopped

1-2 tsp. Rosebud’s I Love Garlic

1 tsp. lemon juice
-
½ tsp. paprika
-
¼ tsp. Baja Gold Sea Salt

⅛ tsp. pepper
-
⅛ tsp. cayenne pepper
-
⅛ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
In a medium bowl, add all ingredients and mix well until combined.
To make a compound butter: Scoop the cowboy butter onto a piece of parchment paper. Roll the butter into a log shape, pressing and shaping as you go until the butter is completely wrapped. Twist the ends and refrigerate until firm (2 hours up to overnight).
To make a butter dip: Melt the mixture on the stovetop on low heat, stirring until fully melted.

- Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
