I have used a lot of GF flours. Ella Bella is by far the most versatile I have found. My only struggle is with pie dough. When I try to roll it out the dough tears. That could definitely be my error. This is my second bag. I will continue to purchase.
I made herb focaccia bread with this GF baking mix and the Sassy Salt…So good!
