In a bowl, mix together your ingredients until combined.
Place the dough on the baking sheet and shape/spread out with your hands (best to oil your hands to prevent them from getting sticky). Drizzle a little on top once shaped.
Bake pizza crust for 14 minutes or until crispy.
After it’s done, top with your favorite pizza toppings and place under the broiler on low until the cheese has melted.
Once your pizza is completed, sprinkle some Jane’s Italian or Hot Italian for an extra boost of flavor!
Recipe Note
*The thicker the Greek yogurt the better! We found that the thinner Greek yogurts do not bind well with the flour and can create a less crispy crust.
*This recipe is meant for a thin pizza crust. If you desire to have a thicker crust, shape it into a small size (8 or 9 inch); however, the texture will be a tad 'gummy' on the inside.
*We do not recommend doubling the recipe to make a bigger pizza as the texture of the pizza gets gummy and doesn't crisp up well. We found a 12 inch pizza is the largest size you can make. You can double it in the bowl while mixing, but divide into two 12 inch pizzas.
