I am gluten intolerant and by a series of events found out about this product from someone who has celiac and is able to eat it. It works quite well for me. It makes great bread and yeast foods.
This was introduced to us at our airbnb for some church meetings. A loaf of this bread was sitting in the frig when we got there with a note on the loaf explaining what it was.
