Cooking on the Blackstone is all the rage right now, but there is still one element that seems to be missing that awesome smoked flavor you get from an open flame. With Rosebud's Campfire Rub, you can achieve that on your Blackstone or your cast iron skillet.

Ingredients
-
2 Tbsp. grass-fed butter/tallow/avocado oil
-
1 lb. chicken thighs
-
1-2 Tbsp. Rosebud’s Campfire Rub
-
1 jar Rosebud’s Strawberry Jalapeno Fruit Butter
Directions
Take the chicken thighs and season well with Campfire Rub on both sides and set aside.
Heat a cast iron skillet on medium heat and add your butter/tallow/avocado oil to melt.
Cook the chicken breasts, flipping halfway through, until done (165°F).
Top each thigh with a heaping tablespoon of the Strawberry Jalapeno Fruit Butter and serve!
