                      Ingredients
For the Filling:
- 
1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced 
- 
1 lb. ground beef 
- 2 Tbsp. Rosebud’s I LOVE Onion
- 
            
1 tsp. Rosebud’s Herb’n Kick 
- 1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 
2 Tbsp. tomato paste 
For the Topping:
- 2 eggs
- ½ c. biscuit mix
- 
¼ tsp. pepper 
- 1 c. milk
- 
            
1 tsp. Rosebud’s S.O.S 
- 
green onions, optional 
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. 
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and drain. Add in the tomato paste, I LOVE Onion and Herb’n Kick seasonings to the beef. 
- In a large greased pie dish, layer beef, sliced zucchini, and cheese. 
- In a separate bowl, mix together the topping ingredients until smooth (mix thoroughly to prevent any flour pockets in the mixture). 
- Pour over the layers in the pie dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and the center is set. 
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving, top with green onions if you’d like and enjoy!
