Ingredients

4 c. turkey, cooked and shredded

2/3 c. mayonnaise (we use avocado oil or olive oil mayo)

1/2 c. dried cranberries

1/2 c. celery, chopped

1/2 c. walnuts or pecans (soaked or lightly toasted)

2 Tbsp. Rosebud’s Sami's Curry

2 tsp. Rosebud’s Sassy Salt
Directions
Mix all together and serve as a sandwich, or with crackers and fresh veggies. Can be refrigerated before serving.
Recipe Note
Turkey can be shredded or diced, chicken can also be used in place of turkey.
Raisins or dried currants can be used in place of cranberries.
