Ingredients

1 can of black beans

1 can of pinto beans

1-2 Tbsp. water

½ tsp. Rosebud’s Chipotle

½ tsp. Rosebud’s Chili Lime Smoked Salt

1 tsp. Rosebud’s Guaca-Salsa
-
1 tsp. Rosebud’s Taco Seasoning
Optional Garnishes

juice of a ½ lime

¼ c. fresh tomatoes, pico, or salsa

1 Tbsp. sour cream or plain Greek yogurt

cilantro
-
Chili Lime Smoked Salt or sea salt, to taste
Directions
In a medium saucepan, heat both cans of beans and seasonings on medium heat. Once warmed, mash the beans a bit to your desired texture. Add 1-2 tablespoons of water until desired consistency.
Remove from the heat and garnish with your preferred toppings.
Serve with tortilla chips as an appetizer, add to burritos, or use as a side dish for your Mexican main course.
