Pour all ingredients into a large bowl and mix until fully incorporated.
FOR ONE SERVING: Place one tablespoon of the tea blend mixture into a cup and pour 8 ounces of hot water. Let the mixture steep for 3-5 minutes. After steeping, strain into another cup and add raw honey as a sweetener if desired.
FOR MULTIPLE SERVINGS: Place one tablespoon for each cup of water into a teapot, large mason jar, or container with a pouring spout. Pour in the desired amount of hot water.
