Ingredients

4 c. cucumber, sliced

½ red onion, thinly sliced

¾ c. plain Greek yogurt

juice of half a large lemon

1-2 Tbsp. Rosebud’s Dilly’iscious
Directions
In a bowl, mix together all ingredients until well combined.
Cover and place in the refrigerator and chill for at least one hour (this helps marinate the flavors).
Add a little sprinkle of extra Dilly’iscious (if desired). Serve and enjoy!
