Chocolate Protein Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 boiled eggs, peeled

  • ½ c. whole milk

  • 1 small packet of Rosebud’s Hot Chocolate

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. Pour into individual dishes (or one bowl) and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or more (the longer the better).

  3. Top with strawberries or your favorite fruit if desired and enjoy! Makes approximately 3-4 servings.
