Ingredients

4 cobs of corn
-
grass-fed butter
-
Rosebud’s Chipotle, or your favorite Rosebud’s seasoning
-
⅓ c. cotija or feta cheese
-
¼ c. cilantro, chopped
-
1 lime, sliced into wedges (optional)
Directions
Remove the outer husks and silk from the corn cobs.
Grill the corn for 10-20 minutes, turning every 3-5 minutes to ensure even cooking. Or bake/roast in an oven on a baking sheet at 400°F for 20-30 minutes, or until the corn is tender and the kernels are slightly wrinkled.
Take the hot corn cobs and butter generously.
Sprinkle your choice of Rosebud’s seasoning on top of the corn to your desired flavor level.
Add the cheese and cilantro and squeeze some lime juice over all the cobs if desired. Enjoy!
