Blend of Beans, Peas and Lentils.
One cup dry makes 2-1/4 cups cooked.
To prepare, soak overnight. Rinse and place in a large pot, covered with fresh water. Bring water to a boil for 3 minutes, then reduce heat to simmer. Foam may need to be skimmed multiple times while boiling/simmering. Cover and simmer for 60 to 90 minutes, until tender.
