1 # pasture raised ground beef
1 # pasture raised ground pork
1 organic red onion (diced)
1 Tbsp. Avocado Oil or Lard
1 can organic black beans (drained)
1 can organic fire roasted tomatoes
1 jar of your favorite salsa
1 cup canned pureed pumpkin
12 oz. organic frozen corn
2 Tbsp. Rosebud’s Maria’s Chili Seasoning Mix (add 2 Tbsp. to meat. If more flavor is desired, add an additional 2 Tbsp. to soup with remaining ingredients. 4 Tbsp. is equivalent to 1 small packet of Rosebud’s Maria’s Chili Seasoning)
2 C. Organic Bone Broth (Chicken or Beef stock works too)
Add 1 Tbsp. oil or lard to 6 qt or similar pot on stove top, medium heat.
- Add beef, pork, diced onion and 2 Tbsp Rosebud’s Maria’s Chili Seasoning Mix. Brown until burger is lightly done and onions are translucent.
- Add remaining ingredients, simmer for 1 hour at least before serving.
- Top with sour cream, cheese, diced green onions and enjoy!
