Better than Velveeta

1 # raw milk shredded cheese (Colby will be most like Velveeta, but your favorite cheese works too!)

1 Tbsp. Great Lakes Gelatin (Knox Gelatin will also work)

1 C. Bone Broth – boiling (water works also, we just like to sneak bone broth in whenever we can)

Add cheese and gelatin to blender.  Add boiling water.  Blend well.  Pour into a loaf pan and refrigerate or pour directly over desired dish.
